Step by step guide on how to cook Chicken Adobo or Adobong Manok

Ingredients:

Mantika / Oil - 3 tablespoons
Bawang / Garlic - 1 whole chopped
Manok / Chicken - 500g
Toyo / Soy sauce - 65ml
Suka / Vinegar - 33ml
Tubig / Water - 600ml
Pamintang buo / Peppercorn - 1 teaspoon
Dahon ng Laurel / Bay leaf - 2 pcs
