Th human body needs food for energy, to keep warm, for growth and Repair.
We need Nutrients on a daily basis in order to stay health.
Eating too much food can lead to Weight gain and Increase Risk of developing a chronic Condition, Such as Diabetes or Heart disease.
Hunger is the barometer that tells us where the food we eat will go.
Eat Only When You are Hungery, No when you see food, it is a small thing, but that discipline will help you succeed in business. It teaches you to spend only when you need something, not because you see something you like.
This is very Fundamental wealth building habit. It teaches you to live by principle not by impulse.
Any one who is controlled by their appetite will never fulfil their own potential.

Said:
The human does not fill any container that is worse his stomach. Its Sufficient for the son of Adam to eat Eat What will support his back. If this not possible, then a third for food, a third for drink and third for his breath.
At the End Learn to Eat to live or you will live to Eat.
