How Conscious Breathing Creates Peace to Help us Let go

Your breath is a positive and amazing thing you get to experience. You can control it with your conscious mind or you can choose not to. You can let your subconscious mind control it.
If our breathing was not regulated by our subconscious mind, many of us would struggle to accomplish the simplest tasks during the day.
If you decide to take a deep breath in and out, you learn to open your chest by expanding the diaphragm to get more oxygen into your body. More oxygen means you increase your energy, blood flow, and mood.
Each time you take a conscious breathe out, make sure you are breathing out any negative that your mind, body, or soul is holding on to. Breathe out the pains of your body. Let your heart, the one located in your third eye, connect you to a bigger purpose than yourself.
Negativity has no place in our hearts, body, or life. Although it is unknown if we are born as positive or negative beings, we do not have accepted negativity as part of our life.
We can change the state our physical bodies took at birth.
As you and I breathe in and out, we must learn to let go of things that hold us back. The negative, even positive, things we hold on to will not be of any benefit to us in the future.
The reason is the future has not been determined and we can't take our past thinking to create a better future. We have to create a future that is not built on past believes, only.
The things you hold on to were created in the past. The past can brings with it negative. A negative mind brings about stress, unhealthy thoughts, and tightness in your body.
When people have a heart attack they say they feel a tightness in their chest. Not saying breathing in and out will get rid of a heart attack but it does help relax people.
A person who is in a relaxed state of mind, with a healthy diet, is less likely to have health problems compared to a stressed mind that has an unhealthy diet.
Use this moment, the one right now to inhale fresh oxygen and send someone you know good vibes.
As you exhale see the good vibrations reach them. Your peace of mind can bring peace of mind to others without them knowing. This is one way to channel your energy and pass it to others.
As you begin to take deep breaths in and out, imagine the people you picture, receive good energy from you. The breath is a powerful thing.
From this day forward practice acknowledging the breath as your life's guide.
