5 STEPS TO OVERCOME FEAR AND SELF-DOUBT | Add These Steps To Address Your Inner Fears

Do you feel stuck in life? Is fear holding you back from moving forward to what you want?
In this video, I go over 5 steps in addressing the inner fear and overcoming self-doubt so you can start moving towards your heart's true desire even if there is some fear residing inside you. Consider adding these steps to your personal development routine to address your inner fears.
Even as we grow and evolve, we will face uncertainty as we have new experiences. It is all ok! As you develop these habits, moving through fear and doubt will become easier.

So how do you get through your inner fears and self-doubt? The steps I continuously take are:

1. The acknowledgment that I was feeling fear. (The discomfort can easily be mistaken as something else. ie. it doesn’t feel nice, so it mustn’t be for me). A lot of excuses come up in this step. Because distractions are easier than facing the true emotion.

2. The awareness of what kept me stuck
a. Needing control of how things happen
b. The need for clarity (for years I was chasing clarity before making a step) Clarity often comes after I make a step
c. Trust factor is big in this step

3. The awareness of what you want. I started with the bigger picture. I know the Law of attraction community touts the more specific the better but if there are days I don’t know the specifics, I just stress out that I don’t know. So when that happens, I just step back and reflect on the overall end goal I truly want.

4. Just deciding to get out of my comfort zone. Realizing that you deserve the best, you don’t need to hide, don’t need to distract yourself with external things. Just decide to be ok with feeling uncomfortable sometimes while you grow.

5. Tools to help me move through certainty and fear. There are more tools out there but these particularly stand out to me.
a. Journaling (intentions and gratitude lists)
b. Meditation (helps with faith and trust)
c. Support network (Shiftco)
d. Reading uplifting books
e. Tuning into spiritual guides or intuition. This will take some practice & trust until you get the hang of it
f. Listening to sound therapy (solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats)
g. Back flower remedies (there’s 4 that particularly helps with fear which is olive, wild oat, cerato, larch)
