How to use apps for journaling? In this video, I demo 6 free apps (Perspective, Day One, Reflectly, Diary With a Password, Daylio, Secret Diary) to decide which app is best for me. Having multiple physical notebooks I journal on, I now want something I can have access to conveniently when I am out and about. My primary purpose for journaling is not so much recounting how my days are but rather for reflecting, remembering insights, and gratitude logs.
