This footage shows that the crowd gathered outside the board meeting room was calm and civil before being told that the fire dept wouldn't allow everyone in because of fire code. The crowd became upset with that news especially considering it has been standing room only on several recent occasions. After a few minutes of people voicing their disproval, it was announced the meeting had been cancelled. Some in the crowd became louder. But at no time were threats made, at no time did fighting break out, at no time was their violence or damage to property.
