Excellent Boondocking. Quiet Tucktaway campsites up above the town. Excellent views of the city lights at night. Cool historical little village.No noise, friendly people when they come jogging by, and no end to hiking.If you’re faint hearted keep your eyes open when hiking because there are some mighty powerful bucks up here. They can surprise you when you surprise them. I was hiking, and probably not paying attention, when some very big deer took me totally off guard :-).
