Victoria Police prepare to open fire from an armed vehicle on people walking in the park. Filmed 22/9/21 in Melbourne Victoria.
Moments later civilians called out to drop down as the police start shooting at them. No audible instructions from Police. They fired at the backs of people without warning, presumably with rubber bullets.
