Have we set ourselves up for a Societal Issue with Mental Health. Between the doors shutting in 2020 and the stressors of 2021 it is becoming a concern. I heard an excellent YouTube video that I felt I wanted to echo a bit. Also wanted to talk about this subject in general #Prepping #MentalHealth #SituationalAwareness
