On this video I showcase the Stealth General of Shockwave Chaos. Known as Prince Kassad he is somehow able to stealth a good number of vehicles without the aid of America's high-tech stealth stuff... presumably, unless he helped capture some for reverse engineering. Many of his structures are built stealthed.
