In this video, Premier of Ontario Doug Ford explains to a TV camera how he is forced by a circumstance of his own making into trashing civil liberties and initiating a biotech apartheid state. Ford wants to "be very clear. This is a temporary and exceptional measure. We will only use these certificates for as long as they are needed and not one day longer."
