UpRise and Shine - Freya Robinson - Food and Health

The Freedom Network conference at Forest Row, September 2021 with Freya Robinson manager of Old Tree Market Garden, a regenerative no dig vegetable farm, will be presenting an open discussion around the intricate and intrinsic connections between human health, plant health, soil health and planetary health. We will demonstrate how food and soil can be a catalyst for huge positive change across all aspects of our lives and the planet. Freya will delve outside the box to foster curiousness in new ways of thinking about health and food and to give grounding knowledge for us all to make informed, powerful food choices on a daily basis.
