Just last week, I had the opportunity to visit one of the only restaurants in the city of Winnipeg that decided not to discriminate on who can and cannot dine at their establishment based on their COVID-19 vaccination status. Monstrosity Burger has now been issued more than $60,000 in fines for defying the province's vaccine passport mandate.
