Happendance awarded $1,150 from three degree guarantee

Happendance was the August recipient of FOX 47's three degree guarantee. After a month of weather predications, they were awarded $1,150 to put towards their scholarship fund for dancers who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford tuition.
