The Silent Hill series needs no introduction as the king of survival horror. Released in 2004, Silent Hill 4 was the last of the games made by the original creators. Team Silent created a mixed bag of innovative ideas, gruesome enemies, poor level design, and a disjointed story that ended up being the epitome of the best and the worst the series has to offer in one game. While Silent Hill 2 remains the king of the series, The Room is no pushover.
