Dr Marco Cocorocchio, also know as Dr Ohmmm https://ohm-privacysolutions.com/ PhD in Biology has a background in Biotechnology, Microscopy and Bioinformatics. After the first degree in Biotechnology for Health at the University of Naples Federico II he decided to move to the UK to pursue the academic career and successfully obtained a MSc in Biotechnology at the Kingston University and subsequently obtained a fully funded PhD in Biology at the Royal Holloway, University of London to develop a platform for the reduction of animal experimentation and investigate the targets of the natural compounds found in turmeric. Marco has always been passionate about many subjects, one of which is technology and how we can use it in a more useful and conscious way. He acquired extensive knowledge on computer programs and operating systems including Windows and Linux based platforms. Later on, he also learned how to modify smartphone operating systems based on android. His mission now is to help people become free from the constant online tracking and manipulation, which is achieved via smartphones, computers and other smart devices, and also to guide them on how to detach from the system and take their privacy and security back.
