Realistic drawing is a bit more complicated than anime but if you follow the editing of the outlines carefully the final result will be perfect.
It is very important to know the darker tones building are much easier from lighter layers .
The first layer of the drawing is made with light or middle strong color markers.For the second layer use good blending watercolor pencils.
Highly recommended the good quality art supplies.
The color pencils must be very blendable to each other.
