There was another hearing this morning for Joe Biggs and Ethan Nordean (J6 defendants) regarding dismissal of certain charges and also to set a court date.
Lots of discussion about definition of how words were used and how they apply to the case (Very detailed)
They also set a court date for May 18, 2022 for the jury selection to begin. (Long time from now)
Next court date is October 26 at 11:00 am eastern
