I think I ruined my batteries. Please give me advice on what to do.

I think I may have ruined my batteries. I left the cabin run on battery power all weekend until the inverter shut everything down. The error on the inverter showed "LO" which means the battery voltage was too low. Now my batteries won't hold a charge. Did I ruin my batteries or what? I just don't know.
