In 2000, Selim Aykiran built his factory to design and manufacture the finest organic cotton Turkish towels.

Selim personally designs each of his textile pieces for production, and allows Master Weavers to oversee the production using their coveted and rare artisan talents.

Spending 25 years in Bologna, Italy, Selim developed and founded multiple apparel enterprises. In the late 1970s, Selim built the Italian inspired Americanino Jeans, as well as Module GA on South Molton Street in London.

He brought Italian fashion to the US and started the “Jean” craze in the 1970’s. In 1986, the New York Times recognized Selim’s FORZA12c boutique as the second best boutique store in NYC, behind Bergdorf Goodman and before Macy’s.

Selim currently resides in Berkeley, California, USA., and since 2000 has white-labeled his product for multiple international boutique design houses, and distributors including Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Hermes, and Versace.

Waterworks and Frontgate are also notable vendors who have ordered product for distribution.
