Yves-François Blanchet, leader of the Bloc Québécois, announced that he was going to give a press conference on an urban reserve in Wendake, Quebec. Bringing up indigenous issues seems to be a campaign ploy as Mr. Blanchet ignored real questions relating to the vaccination rates among indigenous communities.
