Episode 15 Big Sky Bitterroot and Gentleman Jack

Tonight’s pairing was a great one. My first trying any Big Sky offering and it was a great one. I am pretty sure I have never had as smooth and mellow stick as the Bitterroot. And, it paired wonderfully with Gentleman Jack.
