Hiram & Solomon Veiled Prophet Lancero Cigar Review
This 7x38 new release blended by David Blanco features a dark chocolate slightly soft packed wrapper with small veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap, an oily satin feel and a rich cocoa and earth aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick creamy medium bodied smoke showing notes of a peppery but smooth earth, chocolate on the draw and a spice coming through the long finish. The first third keeps the same great construction, dropping very short ash with a bump to medium-full body. Flavor is the more complex adding an oaky vanilla to the draw. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with the oak replaced by a cinnamon, everything else the same. Ending at 1:15 the last third burned perfectly holding the near full body and the same flavors to the hot nub.
