Hickory & Mesquite Smoked Chicken- 4K

Did the chicken back’s and chicken legs. Smoked it with a combination of Hickory & Mesquite. They had a deal 10 chicken backs for $20 normally $92. Best chicken I’ve ever smoked, probably the best smoked chicken leg I’ve eaten in my entire lifetime! It has to do with how fresh the chicken is, how well it’s taken care of & all of that. I noticed the legs are much smaller than the ones we normally get, that’s a little scary. It lets you know how much they are pumping in to the product from the mass producers.
