Hanger Opener and Dispenser

The video shows a prototype and only the plastic tab opener usinig a dual hanger for 2 pair of toddler shorts. We have designed the overhead hanger dispenser but haven't built it just yet. Through similar preliminary testing that we done on the opener before it was built, the dispenser will work well and holds approximately 60 of these hangers at a time.

The cycle time in the video is slowed a bit for clarity of how the process works.
