Learning to Respect the Knowledge of the Third Eye

There is a belief that the third eye is in the middle of your forehead. This eye is located between your two biological eyes and slightly up.
It does not matter if you have 20/20 vision or if you are blind. The symbolic eye resides here.
To use the eye we must learn to appreciate and live life through our 5 senses. Too many people have forgotten how to appreciate and enjoy life fully. We have forgotten how to live in the present moment.
Some of us are too busy reliving the life we have already lived. This means we focus much of our attention on the past. While others are so focused on the future that they are missing out on the present moment.
When you and I use our 5 senses it connects us to our being. This causes you and I to learn how to connect to what we are thinking and feeling.
Being connected to oneself helps in the process of not believing everything we hear or see. It helps us question the world we live in as well as the world that resides within us.
You and I should have a daily practice where we use our mind's eye. We should experience life with our eyes, ears, taste, touch, and smell sensors.
Our sensors allow us to have a fuller experience of life and a better understanding of the world around us. If you don't believe me, just imagine not having one of your 5 senses.
There are many people who live without 1 or more of their senses. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment.
Open your mind to awareness and stillness. Throughout your all-seeing and knowing eye, you already know the truth.
I believe our all-seeing eye is the true heart. This is where logic and emotion live and interact with one another.
Let your body, mind, and soul connect to the present moment. Allow yourself to experience life beyond what you think you know and believe.
Don't let mindless negative thoughts manage or control your time. Use the eye in the middle of your forehead to guide you to what you already know.
