IFP President Velenkosini Hlabisa, speaking at Ndabomuhle Junior Primary School voting district in Ntuzuma, north of Durban, says that the official opposition party in KwaZulu-Natal is still well on track with its planned of wrestling away various targeted local and districts municipalities from the ANC.
