American Stranded in Afghanistan: State Dept Won't Do Anything For Me

Julie: “I am not doing anything.  They broke me. The United States broke me, because I am U.S. citizen… The State, I call them so many times. I email them. They just take the phone and say, ‘I am sorry we can’t do anything for you.’ And that is the answer. I say, ‘What is going on with you guys? I’m a U.S. Citizen.”
