Scream 5 | Rose McGowan Denied Ghostface Voice Cameo Offer?

Rose McGowan potentially denied returning as Tatum Riley in Scream 5 via voice cameo. If she truly denied the offer then Dewey's moment with Tatum in some capacity will have to occur by other means than a hallucination. Dewey hasn't really talked about Tatum and this could have been a good way to craft something special, but McGowan isn't needed for that to happen 100%. Ghostface sequel wasn't good enough for Tatum I guess...if this is true.
