Putting spacers in a cast after foot reconstruction surgery

Pearl had foot reconstruction foot surgery to fix her left foot . It was starting turn to the outside for her weaker muscles due to her myotonic dystrophy. So lots of bone cuts (Osteotomy) and 2 screws and a one pin and 2 tendons relocated. Hopefully this makes her foot flat again and easier for her to walk.
