DPS board member Tay Anderson says he will not resign ahead of censure vote

DPS Board Director Tay Anderson said Friday he would not resign ahead of a censure vote by the board. An independent investigation whose results were released earlier this week found the most serious sexual misconduct allegations against him were not substantiated but that he had “flirtatious social media contact” with a student and made intimidating social media posts.
