The BEST Workout App | NIKE Training Club = GAME CHANGING (FREE!)

After testing a ton of different fitness apps, I finally found the best workout app for me! It is the NIKE Training Club app and it is literally game changing. When the pandemic started I wanted to find a quality fitness app that would keep me in shape and also motivate me to complete workouts each week. Whether you want to do an at home work out from home or you are exercising at your local gym (socially distanced of course) this workout app has you covered. They have everything from full body workouts and endurance training to improving your flexibility and mobility with yoga. It is a solid workout app for men and women. And guess what it is FREE! That's right, one of the best free fitness apps at your finger tips.
