Wisconsin lawmakers considering changing the way 'flagged officers' are recruited

ince 2016, the Wisconsin Department of Justice has kept a list of officers who have been fired for cause, or quit in the middle of an investigation or in lieu of termination, commonly referred to as the "flagged officers" list. The same list tracks if those officers find work at another agency. The I-Team found 198 "flagged" officers are on the job. However, the list does not tell the entire story.
