Return to Breathing Squats

It has been a while since I did 20-rep "breathing squats". This is with slightly less than my bodyweight on the bar (which is not impressive at all), and it was a bit of a grind. I want to substantially increase the weight I can do for 20 reps by the end of this year. I'm also working at building tougher skin on my back and shoulders, as currently the knurling on the bar gets rather painful as the weight increases. Look for an update sometime in November or December.
