CityServe looks to beautify downtown Bakersfield during Fall Overhaul

CityServe is an organization working to give back to the community. They're holding a few different events including the Fall Overhaul which aims to clean up downtown Bakersfield. CityServe's Robin Robinson talked with 23ABC about how you can get involved.
