Case No. 2021CV353604

Aug. 24, 2021

VoterGA and Rep. Philip Singleton announced at this August 24th press conference that they had filed a legal petition against the state of Georgia to Ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system that the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia has already deemed as unverifiable to the voter and in violation of two Georgia laws. After the 20 minute press conference Rep. Singleton and VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito answered questions for over an hour. The entire event was carried live on One America News which suspended its regularly scheduled programming.
