Eating Dust, Dodging Rocks, Plowing Silt And Avoiding Ruts

I hadn't ridden for 3 months. A summer storm trashed my lawn and I messed up my back picking up limbs. I was feeling that a ride might be the kind of exercise I needed to straighten things out. I was 8 miles into the ride before I even thought of my back and not because of pain. 22 1/2 miles, 25 mph average, 75 mph maximum speed. I'm certain the top speed was only momentary. I am running Tubliss® and a leaky front rim plug cut the ride short.
The back? Stiff but feels good.
