Bibb, Kelley advance to Cleveland mayoral general election

For the first time in 15 years, the city of Cleveland will have a mayor who is not Frank Jackson. In a hotly contested race, voters advanced two Democratic candidates to the November general election: Justin Bibb and Kevin Kelley, unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections show.
