Jen Psaki: Not About Persuading Americans, Vaccine Is "Going to Be A Requirement"

At a press conference Friday, press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters that the vaccine mandate was not about being persuadable, but about requiring the vaccine for Americans who have not gotten it.
