The true pandemic sweeping the world and construction industry in our view is NOT PAYING YOUR BILLS.

Its really apparent these days in the Emirates. But its not a video picking on here as this problem effects a majority of the world. In this video I dive into the flow on effects and why your really, "get what your given" when you dont pay.

It is flawed thinking and totally destructive to what you are trying to achieve. Whether thats building one project or a whole city. If you dont pay you attract the worst contractors, or what I call the "bottom feeders" and it goes down hill from here.

Its something that annoys me to my core and I will never understand the flawed thinking behind it. Would love to here your thoughts on this and please keep it respectful.
