La Alta Comisionada de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, Michelle Bachelet, denunció hace pocas horas que los Talibanes están deteniendo y luego asesinando a exfuncionarios del derrocado Gobierno afgano.
Según Bachelet, los informes recibidos hasta ahora, señalan que los Talibanes están asesinando por venganza a ex miembros de las fuerzas de seguridad.
