Remaking a society 'may be beyond our capacity' -Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee on Monday that "one of the hard lessons" of Afghanistan is that the United State's ability to remake a society into something that looks "more like what we believe is right, may be beyond our capacity."
