German Volume Squats- 10 Sets x 10 Repetitions Increasing Weight As You Go (90 Sec Rest In Between Sets)
Super Set- Quad Extensions / Bodyweight Sissy Squats- 4 Sets x 12 Repetitions
Cable Lunges- 3 Sets x 12 Repetitions
Weighted Lunges- 4 Sets x 40 Yards (Down And Back = 1 Set)
Seated Hamstring Curls- 3 Sets x 15 Repetitions
Calves Raises- 4 Sets x Failure
