No one predicted the collapse of the Afghan Army -Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken defended the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan to the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Monday, saying that no one predicted the complete collapse of the Afghan army at the hands of the Taliban.
