Medical personnel are not being fired or they don't quit but are told to leave the property

In Bowling Green, Kentucky they are forcing nurses who did not get the vaccine to leave. This is what western nations have become.
This is ridiculous, employees who show up to work and not being officially fired but told to leave work based on not getting the vaccine. This is immoral and unethical.
