The Peoples Response to Public Health Order 8.27.2021

After hours of public outpouring in opposition to the draconian Health Order issued by Nurse Lisa Peacock of the Health Department of Northwest Michigan, the elected public officials who sit on the Board of Health voted to repeal the order. Tyrants, Ms. Vogler, Ms. Bargy, Ms Peacock and Dr. Joshua Meyerson all supported the idea of strapping ineffective cloth restraints that restrict the breathing of innocent children. The order is in direct violation of THE REVISED SCHOOL CODE Act 451 of 1976. The statement of prohibited practices found in section 380.1307b
says:

The state policy under section 1307a shall include a clear statement that all of the following practices are prohibited for school personnel in the public schools of this state under all circumstances, including emergency situations:

Any restraint that negatively impacts breathing is prohibited.
