Abrahams Obedient Earthly Sojourn By Faith

Abraham obeyed through faith when he was called to go to the place he would receive as an inheritance. Moreover, he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith, he sojourned in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with whom he had the same promise; because he waited for the city with foundations, whose builders and makers are God.
