Never Forget: 20 Years On From the Terrorist Attacks of 9/11, Is America in a Better Position?

The 20th Anniversary of the Event that changed the world is a heady statement; but it is the single moment in time that demarcated the decline of Freedom in the Western World. The Governmental response to the tragedy of September 11, 2001 was the largest power grab in history, with the Patriot Act and the establishment of the TSA; until it was outdone by the Coof Pandemic. Never forget those who were affected by the Terrorist Attacks on the World Trade Centers, the Pentagon and the Flight headed for the White House. What did our 'beloved' Presidents have to say on the day? Well, Biden is not making a Public Address which is astounding. He released a pre-recorded address that was written like it was ripped from the early 2000's. Blaming the "Dark Forces" in America for attacking Muslims. Saying that, because of course the Surrenderer in Chief would say this, "Islam is a Peaceful Religion". Why are there endless, Millennia long conflicts in the Middle East again?

Not to be outdone, the man who had Osama Bin Laden on a Silver Platter before all this went down, George W. Bush addressed a live crowd (at least he did that) in Pennsylvania and conflated those "Dark Forces" that participated in January 6th's Capitol Breech to the Terrorists who killed thousands of Americans. But a sizeable portion of the GOP think that guy's ideas are the way forward, cool.

What did President Trump do? He was absent from the Uniparty Gettogether. Instead, he has a fight to call this evening... Just kidding (that's true though). He had a recorded video released as well, pushing the blame Biden heaped on his plate, back to the withered old sack. Also, the Don went down, unannounced mind you, to greet and talk with the NYPD and FDNY and thank them personally, for their service. No cameras were brought, no publicity was needed, he felt it was the right thing to do.

How is America as a nation, some 2 Decades on? Well, Florida University Students think that teaching of 9/11 should be more about looking at America's Faults and not blaming the Murders/Hijackers/Terrorists. Florida, you're in good hands until DeSantis leaves, then I don't know.

Robert O'Neill, the Hero who bodybagged Bin Laden, is spot on with his analysis that the media stoking the flames of division is leading to the most divided society has ever been. I'd say that extends beyond the US Borders and throughout the First World/Western World.

This is also the 9th Anniversary of Benghazi, so to those 4 Service Members, the Government may have covered you up, that won't be the case for others.
