Dispelling the Nonsensical Stance of the UN Officials Condemning the Texas Abortion Law

Top UN officials condemn the #TexasAbortionLaw as as form of "sex discrimination at its worst." But if gender is a social construct and there are not two genders in the first place, how can a law discriminate on the basis of categories that don't exist?
