In the book, Dr Horowitz conclusevely proves AIDS and EBOLA are gain-of-function manufactured viruses that were designed as bio-weapons. Dr Horowitz study has never been refuted.

In the video, Dr McDoweel reminds everyone that the "the genetic bio-weapons industry is the most covert industry on planet earth -but it exist".
He then goes on to describe the plans that were made for an "ethnic bio-weapon". He states that they have already manufactured this weapon and stockpiled it.
Dr. McDowell goes on to tell us that in 2008, the US congress fromed a comittee "genetics and other human modification technologies" and started a new type of arms race involving bio-weapons.

Dr. McDowell then introduces us to international law expert and genetic bio-weapons expert, Dr Frances Boyle. Dr Boyle is the person that wrote The Antiterrorism Act. BWATA signed into law in 1998.
Dr Mcdowell states that there are 22 nations currently hosting BSL4 labs (bio-safety level 4) where they make deadly pathogens. He also tells us that at least 60 nations are stockpiling theses deadly pathogens in their armory.
He quotes Dr Boyle as saying "SARS-COV-2 is an offensive biological warfare agent, made in a lab, and engineered with gain of function properties"
Dr Boyle has come to the conclusion that COVID-19 is a 3 part engineered virus made from the original weaponized SARS virus and that it was enhanced through gain of function and then recombined with the HIV virus, the virus that causes AIDS.

Dr McDowell goes on to state that prior to the vaccine campaign represents only 14% of deaths related to covid, but after the vaccine campaign represents the time frame for 86% of covid related deaths. Between March 2020 and April 2021, 145 people died in Trinidad prior to any vaccination due to COVID-19. Who is Dr. Michael McDowell?

Dr. Michael J. McDowell is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Rapha Revival Ministries (RRM), a thriving autonomous Full Gospel Assembly in Diego Martin, North-West Trinidad.

1,000 Lawyers and 10,000 Doctors Have Filed a Lawsuit for Violations of the Nuremberg Code
